Every order is packed by hand at our unit on Kankere Road in Balehonnur, in the Malnad belt of Karnataka, and handed to a courier from there. We deliver within India.

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, the charge depends on your pincode. Type your pincode at checkout and you will see the exact charge before you pay, not as a surprise at the last step. If your cart is a rupee short of free delivery, the cart tells you so.

Around 7 to 10 working days to most of India. That figure is what customers of vanasri.in have reported, not one we have measured ourselves, so please read it as a guide. We are confirming it with our courier and will state it exactly here once we have. Your order is packed and handed over as soon as it is ready.

Your order moves through packing, ready to dispatch, dispatched and delivered. You can see exactly where it is at any time under Account, then Orders, and once it leaves us that page carries the courier's name and your tracking number. We will also message you on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the courier has marked your order delivered and you do not have it, message us on WhatsApp at +91 63603 73757 or write to vanasriproducts@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the courier ourselves. We read messages Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

If a pack reaches you leaking, crushed or opened, or it is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph. We will replace it or refund it. Our returns page sets out exactly how.
